The success of the dishes served at Restaurant El Centro is largely conditioned by a careful selection and purchase of raw materials almost daily. This allows our meat, fish and vegetables to retain all their culinary features and transmit the guests the true flavour of the Canarian products.
It is this commitment to quality and hard work of our cooks that make our clients stay loyal to our kitchen for years, and to our singular environment. We are as demanding to our supplier as the clients are to us. We also demand the best of ourselves as, as well as being transmitters of the Canarian gastronomic culture, we want to leave a mark with our contribution to local modern cuisine making it richer if possible. But there is no other way of doing so but to do it right, using first quality ingredients and being respectful to our clients, to our environment and to our traditions.
