Out of our varied Menu we stand out the dishes our clients most appreciate and that, in some way, have been acknowledged.
Fried Pork
Is a typical dish from the Canarian gastronomy to which we have provided our own style and for which we have been awarded and acknowledged in different gastronomic contests. The Fried Pork accompanied by our singular alioli (garlic mayonnaise) becomes an explosion of flavours in the palate. Tasting a local wine with this dish completes a satisfactory experience for the senses
Grill
Undoubtedly this dish is a compendium of our cuisine in which, out of a wide selection of dishes, this variety of grill meat stands out, specialty where we demonstrate our expertise exploiting to the fullest the excellent quality of our meat
Roast Pork
On Saturdays and Sundays we can enjoy of this typical local dish, Roasted Pork cooked in a wood-fire oven, in the traditional way, which makes this meat a much demanded delicacy for our visitors. This dish is accompanied by our tomato Salmorejo creating in this way a perfect combination. It has been the winner of the II Gastronomic Contest “Una Isla de Sabores”, organised by the Cabildo of Gran Canaria.
Steer steak
The high quality of our meat and our cooks’ expertise in the handling of a grill make the Steer steak one of the most demanded dishes by our clients, making our restaurant in a place of reference when referring to grill meat. An excellent choice for the most demanding meat lovers
