Our most awarded dish
It is a dish of which we are most proud because it is a creation of our own and it has gotten ourselves known institutionally, as it has been awarded with different prices in important local gastronomic contests. An original recipe of popular Canarian cuisine that comes out from our kitchens with the singular vision the Restaurant El Centro has of our parents and grand-parents’ gastronomy.
The same process has taken place with the Alioli sauce that accompanies it, specialty recognised by our clients that order it to accompany any of our dishes, whether they are meat or fish.
Having raised the subject on accompaniments we cannot fail to mention our artisan bread that presides every single one of our tables, with a singular yellow colour that is given by the corn flour by which it is made, traditional bread from the town of Ingenio, and a jar of avocado house wine, all local products that undoubtedly complete the pleasant experience that will be etched in our memories
